Can I cancel an order?

Yes, orders may be canceled prior to processing for shipment. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the online customer portal.

To cancel an order through the online portal, navigate to the order you wish to cancel and select the specific item(s) you are requesting to cancel. The cancellation fee for items not yet received in our warehouse is 15%. The cancellation fee for items processing for release and/or already in our warehouse is 25%.

We place orders with the manufacturer based on the orders we received from our clients. Because manufacturers generally do not allow cancellations, we must also enforce this policy. No cancellation fee will apply for items that manufacturers allow us to cancel, provided the order has not yet shipped to us.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are generally not subject to the cancellation fee unless the order is already begun processing. If an order has begun processing, it should be considered shipped.

The only exception to this cancellation policy is your first order, which cannot be canceled.

In rare cases, shipments already in the process of being released may be stopped.  If this is possible, a $40 stop shipment fee will be added in addition to the applicable cancellation fee.
